She previously completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Weber State University in 2013 after earning an Associate of Science in Nursing from the same institution.

Ms. Rusch's credentials include board certification as a family nurse practitioner since 2023, as well as certifications in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and emotion code techniques.
