Recently, he expanded the company's portfolio to include commercial projects, such as small gyms, salons and office renovations. He has also formed a partnership with Federal Steel Systems, a Colorado-based provider of large-scale clearstory structural steel for residential and commercial buildings.

In his role at Innovative Craftsmanship, Mr. Brooks is deeply involved in all aspects of operations. He interacts directly with clients, manages job sites, oversees plans and permitting processes, and coordinates subcontractors and suppliers. He also ensures that all drawings and materials are available on-site and handles client billing. With support from his Operations Manager, Mr. Brooks manages day-to-day operations and directs marketing, sales and advertising efforts simultaneously. In recent years, he's greatly focused on increasing business activities and expanding the company's reach.

Mr. Brooks developed an early appreciation for craftsmanship through hands-on restoration of classic American muscle cars, viewing them as rolling works of art and a reflection of enduring design. This foundation in precision and structural understanding later complemented his academic and professional experience in finance, where he developed strong business and analytical skills. He ultimately transitioned into the construction industry, combining technical craftsmanship with financial insight to build and manage high-end residential and commercial projects.

Mr. Brooks's academic background included earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) with dual concentrations in corporate finance and corporate entrepreneurship from Boston University's Questrom School of Business in fall 2008. His education provided a strong foundation for his early career in finance, and later informed his approach to business management within the construction industry. In addition to his formal degree, Mr. Brooks has held several professional credentials that have contributed to his versatility across multiple fields, including the Series 7, 6, 63, and 66 certifications through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). He also earned a paralegal designation from the Citadel Law Corporation, and a California resident insurance producer license for life, health, accident, sickness, long-term care, disability, and variable securities. Additionally, Mr. Brooks currently holds a Class B-1 General Contractor license from the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) of the state of California. This experience in finance continues to inform his approach to construction, particularly in project planning, cost management, and long-term investment value.
