The firm has notably contributed to major hospital developments, transportation infrastructure and industrial facilities, positioning itself as a bridge between European engineering excellence and North American market dynamics.

Mr. Rogeau is currently focused on accelerating NEOKA's expansion in the United States, particularly in Florida, where the company aims to establish itself as a key player in high-value engineering and project delivery services.

In 2025, he completed a scale-up program at Miami Dade College, further strengthening his entrepreneurial capabilities and integration into the U.S. business ecosystem.

From 2017 to 2024, Mr. Rogeau served as an Independent Certifier and Consultant in Montreal, playing a critical role in large-scale public-private partnership projects. Most notably, he acted as Independent Certifier for the CHUM superhospital in Montreal, a $3.6 billion project, where he was responsible for certifying project completion, ensuring compliance and authorizing financial disbursements prior to transfer to the Quebec Ministry of Health.

Earlier in his career, he held key leadership roles at SNC-Lavalin, including Project Director (2014–2017) and Commissioning Manager, overseeing complex project delivery phases. At age 29, he was already managing multidisciplinary site operations with over 150 personnel on the Sainte-Justine Hospital expansion project.

Mr. Rogeau began his career in water treatment and industrial engineering with Veolia Water and BWT in Paris, following early experiences at L'Oréal and British Petroleum.

He remains actively engaged in industry organizations, including the Urban Land Institute, and contributes regularly to initiatives related to innovation in engineering and construction.

Mr. Rogeau holds a Master's degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers (France), a renowned engineering school founded in 1898, rooted in the Jesuit tradition of intellectual rigor and holistic education. He also holds several professional credentials, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Engineer (PE), and Lean Six Sigma certifications from McGill University (Canada).

He attributes his success to a strong foundation of trust, accountability and long-term relationship building. Influenced by his father's international engineering career, he has consistently pursued a global perspective—leveraging engineering as a driver of positive societal impact and infrastructure development.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Rogeau has demonstrated a strong commitment to civic engagement. He served on the board of the French Chamber of Commerce in Canada (2021–2025) and contributed to humanitarian engineering initiatives with Engineers Without Borders and Water For People, including a critical water supply mission in Honduras.

Looking ahead, Mr. Rogeau aims to further expand NEOKA Group across the United States, continuing to develop a platform that integrates engineering expertise, construction performance and technological innovation.
