Currently serving as director of operations at Carpigiani Group since 2025, he oversees production scheduling for three assembly lines across the United States and manages the production, engineering and logistics departments, including warehouse operations. Prior to joining Carpigiani Group, Mr. Meirelles held the position of plant engineer manager at Fedrigoni S.P.A. from 2023 to 2025. There, he oversaw engineering initiatives and ensured operational efficiency across the plant. During the preceding year, he contributed to Tekni-Plex Inc. as a sales and operations planning integrations specialist after serving as both planning and distribution manager II and production supervisor manager at the same firm, each for one year. During his time at Tekni-Plex, Inc., he addressed a significant capacity challenge when the sales department sold beyond available production capacity. By modeling the problem with linear programming, he enabled the algorithm to determine optimal order quantities for each client, resulting in a precise allocation model that helped the company increase revenue.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Meirelles worked as production manager at Pactiv LLC (now Novolex) from 2018 to 2021. He began his professional journey in the United States as a warehouse manager at Stone Basyx in Kernersville, North Carolina, from 2017 to 2018, where he managed inventory control and logistics.

Before relocating to the United States, Mr. Meirelles built foundational experience in Brazil. He served as co-manager for lottery and banking operations in Juiz de Fora from 2013 to 2015 and owned an Ares Perfumes franchise in Campinas from 2012 to 2013. His early engineering experience includes roles as an engineering assistant at COPAMIG and as an engineering intern at Plastic Omnium (now OPmobility). Additionally, he worked as a seller and cashier at Gleba Drugstore Ltda. from 2003 to 2007 and briefly as a security officer under an international contract at MontBleu Resort Casino and Spa in Stateline, Nevada, from 2007 to 2008.

Mr. Meirelles' academic background includes a Master of Business Administration in finance from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora, earned in 2013, and a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering with a focus on production engineering from the same school, completed in 2011. He has furthered his credentials with certifications, such as ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor and a CPA 20 investment consulting certification from the Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association (ANBIMA). He is also an active member of the Engineering Association in Brazil.

Throughout his career, Mr. Meirelles has attributed his success to overcoming challenges, exercising patience and connecting with others on a personal level. He credits his achievements to his faith and commitment to assisting others—a philosophy evident both professionally and civically.

Mr. Meirelles' civic involvement is extensive. Since 2016, he has volunteered with the National Energy Education Development Project's Youth Awards for Energy Achievement through Guilford County Schools. In addition, he served as a project coordinator at Lawndale Baptist Church, volunteered as a math tutor at Ameb- Associacao Para Mobilizacao Educacional E Beneficente and provided tutoring services at Colfax Elementary School for one month.

In addition to his civic work, Mr. Meirelles is also an accomplished author. He penned "Controle Interno: Gestão Empresarial," published by Pantanal Editora in 2024. It was recognized by the magazine Revista Contribuciones A La Ciencias Sociales and has been included in eduCAPES, the official government platform for postgraduate programs in Brazil. Mr. Meirelles also contributed data analysis expertise to ForecastWar, among many other works, and contributed to several publications and projects.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Mr. Meirelles enjoys playing card games, composing and arranging music and creating videos for social media platforms.
