In addition, she has contributed to data-driven initiatives across Utah, Colorado and Nebraska that enhance transparency, improve operational efficiency and support fraud detection efforts, delivering significant cost savings for government organizations.

Prior to joining Genesys, Ms. Hall held leadership roles at Egen Solutions, formerly SpringML, where she specialized in AI-driven solutions for government agencies. She also held public sector-focused roles at Snowflake, DocuSign and Adobe, consistently delivering strong outcomes for government clients.

Ms. Hall's professional journey began outside the technology sector as a professional dancer with Holland America Line and later Carnival Corporation & plc, performing internationally on cruise ships beginning at age 18 after graduating high school early to pursue the opportunity.

She has complemented her professional experience with extensive independent study and hands-on expertise, developing a deep and practical understanding of artificial intelligence and public sector transformation.

Ms. Hall attributes her success to a willingness to take on new challenges and a commitment to continuous growth, leveraging real-world experience to drive meaningful impact.

Her commitment extends beyond her professional roles into civic engagement.
