AUSTIN, TX, April 02, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dan Crump has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Crump has built a distinguished career spanning technology leadership, military service, and the arts. He currently serves as chief revenue officer at Fathom AI Technologies in Austin, Texas, where he shapes go-to-market strategy, manages key relationships, and oversees revenue operations for an emerging AI platform. His expertise encompasses cybersecurity, server storage, virtualization, distributed file systems, and artificial intelligence. Mr. Crump considers his entry into the AI sector at a pivotal moment — alongside a talented team building next-generation technology — to be among his most significant professional achievements.

Prior to Fathom AI Technologies, Mr. Crump served as director of sales at GTS Technology Solutions, a technology consulting firm in Austin, from 2023 to 2026, where he led sales initiatives and contributed to the company's growth in the enterprise solutions market. Earlier in 2023, he served as a major account manager at Fortinet Inc. He was also employed by Pure Storage (now Everpure Inc.), starting as an enterprise account manager in 2020 and advancing to unstructured data specialist through 2023.

Mr. Crump's career in technology also includes roles at Alchemy Technology Group, Nutanix, and IBM. He spent over a decade as a global account manager at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (Compaq) from 1999 to 2013, where he played a pivotal role in managing and growing executive-level relationships. Earlier, he worked as a senior sales acquisition representative at Sprint (now T-Mobile USA, Inc.) and began his corporate career as a strategic account manager at General Electric in 1996.

Mr. Crump's professional journey began with military service in the United States Marine Corps from 1988 to 1996. He served as a logistics vehicle systems operator, noncommissioned officer career planner, and radio disk jockey, and honorably served his country during Operation Desert Storm. He credits his military experience with instilling the discipline and leadership skills that have been instrumental throughout his career.

Beyond the boardroom, Mr. Crump is an accomplished acoustic singer-songwriter rooted in the Texas Americana tradition. Raised in Lubbock, Texas — the hometown of Buddy Holly and near the West Texas towns that produced Waylon Jennings and Roy Orbison — he developed a deep appreciation for the region's rich songwriting heritage. In 2005, he released his debut album, Truth Is, on Audio 11 Records, a fourteen-track collection of original Americana and country songs featuring Grammy-winning musicians Lloyd Maines on steel guitar and dobro, Floyd Domino on keys, Gene Elders on fiddle (of George Strait's Ace in the Hole Band), and producer Ernie Wells. Mr. Crump counts among his musical peers some of Texas's most respected songwriters, including Walt Wilkins, Pat Green and has co-written songs with Darden Smith — the acclaimed Austin singer-songwriter, author, and co-founder of SongwritingWith Soldiers.

Mr. Crump is also an alumnus of the Performing Songwriter Creative Workshops in Nashville, Tennessee, where he has worked with Grammy-winning Grand Ole Opry member Suzy Bogguss and Grammy-nominated songwriter and author Mary Gauthier. Mr. Crump has performed at premier songwriter venues including The Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, Tennessee, and McGonigel's Mucky Duck in Houston, Texas. He continues to record and produce music in Austin, most recently collaborating with up-and-coming artists such as Road to Reverie.

Mr. Crump holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, earned in 1996. As a lifetime learner he continues to pursue ongoing professional development.
