SAINT PETERSBURG, FL, April 02, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Danny W. Arnold has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Mr. Arnold has established himself as a leading expert in health care information technology strategy and growth, with a distinguished career spanning more than 45 years. In his current role as executive vice president of growth and strategy at Divurgent, based in Virginia since 2025, he is responsible for developing comprehensive sales strategies, aligning organizational planning with evolving market trends and implementing artificial intelligence-driven outbound sales systems and customer relationship management integration. He conducts quarterly business reviews with major clients, serves as a trusted advisor at the executive level and drives the expansion of United States health care providers across the market. His efforts are focused on positioning Divurgent as a household name in information technology consulting.
In addition to his primary role, Mr. Arnold has also served as an independent growth and strategy consultant for various clients in Florida since 2012. Previously, from 2017 to 2018, he contributed his expertise as a go-to-market strategy consultant specializing in strategic alliances in health care for Mimecast Services Limited in Massachusetts. His work there centered on developing partnerships and innovative approaches to expand the company's reach within the health care industry.
A defining milestone in Mr. Arnold's career was his tenure as co-founder of Vitalize Consulting Solutions from 2002 to 2011 in Massachusetts. Launching the company with no initial capital, he led its transformation into one of the premier health care IT consulting organizations in the country. Under his leadership, Vitalize Consulting Solutions was acquired by Scientific Application International Corporation—a $12.5 billion enterprise—for $189 million in August 2011. Mr. Arnold's commitment to an employee-focused culture set the organization apart; he prioritized consultant satisfaction, believing that empowered employees would deliver superior client service. This philosophy not only drove financial success but also left a lasting impact on those who worked at the company.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Arnold held several key positions at Computer Task Group Inc., including vice president of business development from 1994 to 1999 in Ohio and practice manager for the health care practice from 1986 to 1993 in New York. In these roles, he was instrumental in expanding business opportunities and managing large-scale projects that advanced the integration of technology within health care settings. He began his professional journey as a project manager for clinical technology implementation at St. Peter's Health Partners in New York from 1980 to 1986.
Educationally, Mr. Arnold's foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Albany Business College, earned in 1980. This education provided him with the technical expertise necessary to recognize early on the direct correlation between information technology and patient care outcomes—a realization that inspired his lifelong dedication to advancing health care IT. In addition to his formal education, he is a level two certified running coach.
Throughout his career, Mr. Arnold has attributed his success to his high energy level and dynamic personality—qualities that have enabled him to inspire ordinary people to achieve extraordinary results. His approach to sales is rooted in genuine connection; he listens attentively to understand client needs and builds sincere relationships based on trust. Influenced by his mother's guidance during childhood, he harnessed his attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder into a positive force that fuels his leadership style and ability to motivate teams.
Civically involved, Mr. Arnold serves as a board member for the Upstate New York and Vermont chapters of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (now Blood Cancer United) and volunteers at Birch Aquarium at the University of California, San Diego. He also contributes time to the Santa Barbara Hospital within Cottage Health.
As an author, Mr. Arnold has published "Strategic Growth Tied to Athletic Discipline" with Divurgent in 2025, sharing insights on how athletic principles can drive organizational success. Furthermore, he successfully qualified for the IRONMAN World Championship in Kona in 2022, a testament to his dedication to fitness.
On a personal level, Mr. Arnold is deeply proud of his two adult sons, both of whom have established professional careers one in cybersecurity, and one in application software technology. He values their professional accomplishments and looks forward to spending more time with them as they relocate to Florida. Although separated from his wife for about 12 years, she remains a good friend, residing in New York.
Outside of work, Mr. Arnold enjoys competing in triathlons, running marathons, coaching runners and participating in Ironman events. Looking ahead, he aims to set a Guinness World Record for completing an Ironman competition at an advanced age while continuing to make significant contributions to health care by improving data interoperability and leveraging artificial intelligence strategically. He also envisions helping organizations streamline health care information so patient data is accessible across state lines and systems, enabling providers to reduce unnecessary testing and deliver more targeted care through comprehensive access to patient histories.
