The company was founded in response to a gap in specialized chrome services within the local market and reflects her broader entrepreneurial approach. Across all ventures, she prioritizes building strong systems, fostering accountability and cultivating a culture of continuous growth and professional development.

Ms. Battaglia's commitment to advancing the field of behavior analysis extends to her leadership within professional organizations. She served as Continuing Education Chair for the New Jersey Association for Behavior Analysis from 2020 to 2021 and as Communications Chair from 2018 to 2020. Over eight years as a board member, she contributed to expanding access to continuing education and strengthening engagement within the professional community.

A sought-after speaker, Ms. Battaglia has presented at conferences across the United States and Ireland, sharing her expertise in behavior analysis, educational systems improvement and staff development. In recognition of her contributions to special education, she has been honored by the Council for Exceptional Children.

Ms. Battaglia holds a Master of Education in Special Education from New Jersey City University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University, where early fieldwork at the Douglass Developmental Disabilities Center helped shape her career path. She later completed advanced coursework in behavior analysis through The Pennsylvania State University and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Battaglia served in the New Jersey public school system from 1997 to 2002, where she developed programming to support students with autism transitioning from specialized placements into more inclusive educational settings. Working with limited resources, she addressed a critical need for effective, evidence-based programming and established a foundation for her future work in systems-level intervention.

Outside of her professional work, Ms. Battaglia is a devoted mother who values time with her family and enjoys activities such as Krav Maga and Pilates.
