He also interviews clients to assess their suitability for treatment programs and requests and reviews comprehensive patient histories to identify underlying issues and trauma.

Since 2017, Mr. Kambar has also been the founder and president of MorningstarSOS, an innovative project focused on developing a safety device for home swimming pools. The device features two cameras—one above water and one below—and is paired with a smartphone or tablet application. When armed, it detects potential drowning incidents involving children and issues an alert; if unaddressed, it sends a signal to 911 emergency services using the device's IP address for location guidance. The product achieved patent pending status and received coverage through interviews on ABC, CBS and Fox. Although the project was temporarily put on hold due to other commitments, Mr. Kambar intends to revisit its launch following the opening of a second Truce Wellness Center location.

Overlapping with his current roles, Mr. Kambar was the business owner of Thaily's Restaurant from 2020 to 2025, where he served as chief executive officer, chief financial officer and owner-operator. Thaily's earned national recognition as one of the Top 50 Best Restaurants in the United States by The New York Times in 2022. This distinction led to an invitation for Mr. Kambar to cook alongside Michelin-starred chefs, such as Daniel Boulud in New York City. Thaily's also received several accolades, including Top 100 Phoenix Restaurants and Top 50 Phoenix New Times.

Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures in hospitality and technology, Mr. Kambar worked as a senior account executive at MicroAge from 2018 to 2020, where he managed key client relationships in information technology solutions. From 2013 to 2018, he served as a corporate account manager at CDW, further honing his expertise in sales management within the IT sector. Earlier in his career, he was a team leader at Jabil from 2008 to 2013.

Mr. Kambar's professional journey began after arriving in the United States from Iraq on April 29, 1999, at age eighteen, without knowledge of English. He soon started working at a rental car company, where he gradually built his communication skills before being promoted after two years to a rental sales agent processing reservations for airport customers. He eventually advanced to operations manager for the entire airport location, overseeing approximately 750 employees over fifteen years.

Educationally, Mr. Kambar's background includes completion of fifth grade prior to immigrating to the United States. Despite limited formal education, Mr. Kambar has pursued professional development through certifications such as Asking Great Sales Questions from LinkedIn, certified sales specialist from ESET, Wyse for VDI credential from Dell EMC and workstation credential from Dell Technologies.

Overall, Mr. Kambar attributes his achievements to deep emotional investment and passion for his work. The establishment of Truce Wellness Center was inspired by personal experience with mental health challenges within his family—a motivation that continues to drive his commitment to making a positive impact on others' lives.
