Hailing from an equally accomplished academic background, Ms. Moten earned a Master of Information Systems from the University of Phoenix in 2009, following a Bachelor of Science in business information systems from the same institution in 2007. She faced considerable challenges throughout her educational pursuits, balancing a job, studies and a particularly demanding work environment. Despite these obstacles, she persevered, drawing strength from her faith and determination to succeed.

Also known for her community engagement, Ms. Moten is a contributor to the Dallas Black Dance Theater as well as the AT&T Performing Arts Center, supporting cultural enrichment initiatives in her region.
