Since 2015, she has served as vice president of finance at Pantera Energy Company in Amarillo, Texas. Prior to joining Pantera, she spent 12 years with Merit Energy Company in Dallas, Texas, where she developed deep technical expertise in oil and gas accounting and built the foundation for her leadership career.

Throughout her tenure at both Merit Energy Company and Pantera Energy Company, Ms. Reyna has led complex, multi-state accounting operations and directed acquisition and divestiture accounting for more than $1.5 billion in upstream assets. She has played a critical role in financial and production system implementations, financial statement and contractual audits, and strengthening business processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and the integrity of financial reporting. Her career reflects a consistent commitment to precision, accountability, and strategic financial leadership.

Ms. Reyna remains highly engaged in both her profession and the broader oil and gas industry. She is a past president of the Panhandle Chapter of TXCPA and currently serves on the Leadership Council for the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. She also serves as treasurer for the Panhandle Producers and Royalty Owners Association, supporting collaboration within the regional oil and gas community.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas in 2003 and is a licensed certified public accountant in Texas.
