Marked by nearly 30 years of diverse experience and leadership roles, Mr. Naik currently serves as the Americas Logistics Senior Partner for Ernst & Young, a role he began in 2020. In this capacity, he manages a business in double digit millions, derived from consulting and implementation services provided to Fortune 5000 clients. Overseeing a team of 250+ global professionals, he drives innovation and operational excellence within the firm's Supply Chain & Operations practice, focused on logistics.

In 2025, Mr. Naik also became an investor and advisor at Orchestro.AI Inc., leveraging his extensive technical expertise to guide the company's strategic direction in automating end to end parcel orchestration and optimization in real time - via next gen AI. He is also an advisor and investor with the advanced grocery delivery platform Buncha (formerly known as Runerra), where he contributes to the connection of Fortune 30 retailers to large scale residential communities nationally in the U.S.

From 2019 to 2022, Mr. Naik excelled as SVP of Operations at Gopuff, reporting to the two Co-Founders and Co-CEOs; of a rapidly expanding instant commerce startup (at the time) that specializes in dark store operations and under 30 minute last-mile delivery services. Recruited from Target, he joined Gopuff at a time when it operated in 30 cities and scaled to 250+ cities, helping to move the network to 70% unit-economic profitability. Gopuff is close to being large scale EDITDA profitable soon.

Working closely with Gopuff's Co-founders, Mr. Naik played a pivotal role in scaling Gopuff to more than 250 cities worldwide — including London and major metropolitan areas across the United States — during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Under his leadership, the valuation of the business soared to over $15 billion. His responsibilities during this time included optimizing DC footprints, developing proprietary software for order fulfillment, dynamic routing and implementing strategies to retain delivery drivers amid intense competition from companies such as Uber and Lyft.

Prior to starting his tenure at Gopuff, Mr. Naik was Vice President of Logistics Strategy and Planning at Target from 2015 to 2019. In his leadership role, reporting to Target's Chief Supply Chain Officer, he oversaw critical supply chain functions with a focus on long-term efficiency enhancements and network optimization such as Same Day Delivery expansion and profitability and transportation capacity assurance (given market volatility) - across first, middle and last mile operations.

From 2014 to 2016, Mr. Naik held the position of Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Capgemini in the Atlanta metropolitan area, where he led transformative projects aimed at improving client operations through advanced supply chain solutions - growing the business by 15%+.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Naik served as a Supply Chain Management Senior Partner at Accenture from 2002 to 2014. During this 12-year period, he oversaw large-scale initiatives for clients, establishing himself as a leader in supply chain consulting, network strategies and operational analytics - notably serving Fortune 1000 retailers and consumer packaged goods companies.

Mr. Naik began his professional journey as a Consultant at the software development firm Manhattan Associates from 1998 to 2002, during which he gained foundational experience in logistics technology and project management.

Mr. Naik's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University, earned in 1999. Along with his education, he credits his achievements to strong mentors who believed in his potential, a diligent work ethic instilled in him by his family, and successful collaborations with his colleagues. His willingness to take calculated risks has been another defining factor in his professional advancement.

Also known for his commitment to civic engagement, Mr. Naik joined the board of Books For Africa (US based 503c) — the largest donor of books in the world to the African continent — as of 2026, he has contributed over more than a decade by raising funds and improving warehouse efficiency for sorting books prior to shipment to schools in Africa from the U.S. His efforts have aided in the distribution of more than 150,000+ books, impacting over 10 million children across Africa. This role holds special significance for him given his personal connection to Africa and commitment to advancing educational opportunities for those in need. As of this recognition, Sundip is now a Board Member of Books for Africa.

Sharing the knowledge and insights drawn from his decades of hands-on experience, Mr. Naik has published articles within the supply chain industry and thought leadership space for the benefit of both current and future generations of technical managers and analysts.

Happily married for 25 years and the proud father of one daughter and one son, Mr. Naik enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family outside of his professional commitments. Inspired by the dedication of his parents — both of whom prioritized the importance of education despite having limited formal schooling themselves — he remains deeply mindful of their sacrifices, which enabled him and his brother to study engineering in the United States.

Determined to further his impact in the coming years, Mr. Naik plans to dedicate significant time to supporting communities through additional nonprofit initiatives while remaining active as an investor or advisor within the technology sector. His accomplishments to date and future goals alike reflect his longstanding legacy of leadership, innovation and devotion to helping others find success through everything he does.
