MANCELONA, MI, April 09, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Clark Jay Rapp has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Rapp's professional journey is defined by innovation, sustainability, and community-focused solutions. As founder and facilitator of the Eco Village Co-op in Mancelona, Michigan, since 2024, he is leading an initiative to address the growing need for affordable, senior-focused housing. The fourplex quad co-op model he developed is designed to combat isolation among baby boomers, foster mutual support, and create a sense of shared purpose. Drawing on his expertise in marketing, networking, and construction, as well as his long-standing commitment to sustainable building practices, Mr. Rapp is collaborating with the Michigan State Housing Development Authority, the USDA Rural Development Self-Help Build program, and Michigan Saves, a nonprofit bank that provides interim infrastructure financing. His plans include integrating geothermal energy and slab-on-grade construction to deliver energy-efficient homes tailored to older adults.

In addition to his work with Eco Village Co-op, Mr. Rapp serves as director of digital marketing for Psychedelic Fitness and marketing director for The Fruit of Knowledge, roles he assumed in 2023 and 2024, respectively. He also acts as chief communications officer for both organizations, amplifying their missions and shaping digital strategy in emerging wellness sectors.

Mr. Rapp's entrepreneurial drive is further reflected in his founding of Holistic Digital Marketing LLC in 2016, where he continues to serve as chief executive officer. The firm specializes in holistic website design, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media marketing, helping clients build cohesive, high-performing digital ecosystems. He also manages 1 Click Solutions LLC, which he launched in 2011 after recognizing that effective website development must be integrated with SEO and robust digital advertising strategies to deliver measurable results.

Previously, from 2022 to 2024, Mr. Rapp was director of marketing for Jon Stasevich for President 2024, overseeing campaign outreach and digital engagement. His résumé also includes consulting roles with Genesis Contractor Solutions and Beanstalk Growth Solutions – CRM from 2017 to 2018, along with transition consulting for Whitcomb, Selinsky, McAuliffe PC and the Rocky Mountain Disability Law Group in 2017.

Earlier, Mr. Rapp provided responsive website design, SEO, and content management consulting for The WeedLife Network™ from 2014 to 2016 and served as a digital marketing consultant with WSI between 2011 and 2023. Before fully transitioning into digital marketing, he held leadership roles in other industries, including appliance sales manager at Terry's Ace Hardware Pagosa Mountain Home Company from 2009 to 2010 and construction supervisor at Colorado Housing, Inc., a nonprofit working with the USDA Rural Development Self-Help Program, from 2008 to 2009. His more than 25-year tenure as president of Glenco Distributing, Inc., from 1980 to 2008, proved foundational, as he automated business operations using skills developed during his academic studies and expanded the firm into electronics and furniture distribution.

Mr. Rapp earned a diploma with honors from Bear Creek High School in 1974 and a Bachelor of Science in earth and environmental sciences from the University of Northern Colorado in 1980. This academic foundation has informed his lifelong focus on sustainability and systems thinking.

Complementing his formal education, Mr. Rapp has pursued extensive professional training. He has received multiple certifications from Yelp Inc. as an advertising partner and holds an inbound marketing certification from HubSpot Inc. His credentials also include an advanced internet marketing certification through WSI, a search marketing campaign management certification through ReachLocal, a FANfare social media automation certification through Fanfare Media Works, a proximity mobile marketing certification through Locaid Technologies, and a Google AdWords certification through Google.

Mr. Rapp's impact extends beyond business. In the mid-1990s, he served as a founding sponsor of the Built Green program, one of his most notable achievements, which helped establish new standards for sustainable design in collaboration with the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver. This work built on his earlier contribution to the first "Sustainable Design Resource Guide" by the American Institute of Architects in the late 1980s. His advocacy contributed to revisions of sections of the Universal Building Code to improve energy efficiency and indoor air quality and to promote safer building materials.

Mr. Rapp has also remained active in professional and civic organizations. He has served as the city chair of Denver for SEMPO since 2017 and as a member since 2011, and he engages with groups including Good Business Colorado, Google Partners, WSI, and the Human Cooperative Network, reflecting his commitment to collaborative, community-driven solutions.

In recognition of his achievements, Mr. Rapp has earned several awards from Glenco Distributing and national recognition from the Green Building Council, USDA Rural Development, WSI, and sincere appreciation from dozens of his clients over the years. Persistence and determination have been central to his success.

Looking ahead, Mr. Rapp's goal is to refine the Eco Village Co-op model so it can be easily replicated, enabling seniors to move away from car-dependent suburbs or urban areas affected by crime or pollution while strengthening rural communities facing economic pressures. As an environmental activist who values hands-on collaboration over accolades, he remains dedicated to making a positive impact by working side by side with others.
