From 2014 to 2018, Ms. Falvey served as a Human Resources Generalist at Oil-Dri, supporting key aspects of talent management and employee relations during a period of growth for the publicly traded, family-controlled organization.

Ms. Falvey's foundational experience includes serving as a human resources coordinator at Oil-Dri Corporation of America from 2012 to 2014, a role that provided her critical skills in human resources administration. Ms. Falvey also relies on insights gained as a compensation specialist at Memorial Medical Center from 2011 to 2012 and as a general teller at The Walt Disney Company from 2009 to 2010.

Exceptional academic accomplishments further define Ms. Falvey's profile and include a Bachelor of Science in human resource management and organizational leadership from Illinois State University, from which she graduated with honors in 2011. Notably, she also accepted the Top Human Resources Student award as a standout undergraduate student.
