In 2024, he became the co-owner and property manager of Boulder Mountain Property Management, a company founded by his parents Greg and Sheri in Hailey, Idaho, in 1991.

Overseeing three commercial buildings and nearly 20 private residences — including 17 rental homes — in the Sun Valley area, Mr. Thomas is responsible for building and maintaining tenant relations, coordinating maintenance services, conducting weekly property inspections and monitoring thunderstorms. He strives to uphold the highest standards of service for both commercial and residential clients, preparing private homes for owners' arrivals by ensuring that all amenities are functional, shuttling vehicles and handling grocery shopping.

Prior to assuming co-ownership of Boulder Mountain Property Management, Mr. Thomas built a diverse professional background across several industries. From 2018 to 2024, he served as an entrepreneur with Spotlight Media, where he specialized as a search engine optimization consultant, email marketer and social media marketer. Focusing on digital marketing strategies that enhanced online visibility for business owners, he contributed to the long-term growth of Spotlight Media as well as numerous clients.

During the same period, Mr. Thomas also excelled as the team manager at World Class Media in the Boise metropolitan area. In this role, he oversaw multiple teams of talented experts in executing media campaigns and managed client relationships, further developing the leadership and organizational skills he now employs at Boulder Mountain.

From 2014 to 2024, Mr. Thomas worked as a raft guide with Mackay Wilderness River Trips, which required expertise in outdoor safety and customer service as he guided visitors through challenging river environments. Also recognized for his outdoor athletic accomplishments, he finished as the 14th best skier in the United States as a Nordic skier representing the Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation in 2012 — a milestone that stands among his proudest achievements.

Early on in his career, Mr. Thomas also pursued higher education and completed coursework in neuroscience at Westminster University in Salt Lake City, Utah. To augment his professional endeavors across multiple industries, he is certified by the Tai Lopez Social Media and Online Marketing Agency and completed the Sam Ovens Consulting Accelerator Program. While working at Mackay Wilderness River Trips, he enhanced his safety credentials with the wilderness first responder certification as well as first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certificates.

A strong sense of community and unwavering willpower — the latter of which was instilled in him by his skiing coach Rick Kapala — have been central to Mr. Thomas' achievements. Reflecting on his storied journey to date, he attributes much of his success to the support of those around him and his persistent drive to overcome challenges — qualities that have guided him since childhood when he learned the fundamentals of property management from his parents. As a middle school student, he demonstrated entrepreneurial initiative by founding Young Men Landscaping, towing a lawnmower behind his bicycle to serve neighborhood clients while managing all aspects of the venture himself.

Also known for his civic contributions, Mr. Thomas is affiliated with numerous local organizations. He has served as a board member, volunteer and fundraiser for Park Fund through Kiwanis International; supported Hailey Rocks as a donor; contributed to the Blaine County Trails Association and Blaine County Recreation District; and volunteered with the Wood River Trails Coalition, which connects trail enthusiasts with recreational opportunities. In recognition of his culinary skills, he also won the Hailey Fire Department's annual chili cook-off contest at Meet the Fleet in 2024.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mr. Thomas maintains an active lifestyle through outdoor hobbies such as downhill skiing, fly fishing, rafting and kayaking. In the coming years, he aims to further develop Boulder Mountain Property Management into an efficient operation supported by employees so that his parents may retire comfortably and pursue their own interests, reflecting his lifelong blend of entrepreneurial spirit, community involvement, family values and helping others through everything he does.
