Ms. Santorelli-Bates is the founder of C.S. Bates Therapy, where she has been serving clients since 2017. Based in Fishkill, New York, she provides telehealth services to individuals in both New York and California. This is a illustrated children's book. She is also an active member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and trained in Attachment Focused EMDR.

Ms. Santorelli-Bates earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. She is currently pursuing a second master's degree in Forensic Psychology at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City, further expanding her understanding of human behavior across systems and institutional settings.

She credits much of her professional development to the mentorship and influence of Harriet Rossetto, founder of Beit T'Shuvah, whose pioneering work in addiction recovery emphasized accountability, community, and transformation. This philosophy continues to inform Ms. Santorelli-Bates' work, where she integrates depth, compassion, and real-world application into the therapeutic process.

Beyond her professional work, she is committed to civic engagement through volunteer and pro bono services, including her work with A Home Within, supporting foster youth.
