HOBOKEN, NJ, April 13, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Zlatan Nathan Mujagic, MBA, CGMA, has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

A series of progressive leadership roles and significant achievements in the financial sector mark Mr. Mujagic's professional journey. Since 2022, he has served as managing partner and head of the CFO advisory group at GoldmanWolfe, a mid-sized public accounting firm with six offices, including one in Hoboken. In this capacity, Mr. Mujagic manages all technical projects. He oversees a portfolio of more than two dozen active, long-term engagements involving the placement of chief financial officer- or controller-level talent. He is responsible for authoring white papers, standard operating procedures, training manuals and procedural documents that support these projects. His expertise in attestation assurance, audit services and fractional chief financial officer-level engagements has positioned GoldmanWolfe as a trusted partner for clients seeking high-level financial guidance.

A defining accomplishment during his tenure at GoldmanWolfe was his role as interim chief financial officer, overseeing the transitional turnaround of a private multifamily office with approximately $400 million in assets under management. The office had been the victim of severe fraud perpetrated by its former chief financial officer, who was subsequently indicted and charged. Mr. Mujagic successfully facilitated the firm's entry into Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, preserving all assets and renegotiating terms with creditors to prevent the total liquidation of its commercial real estate portfolio. This achievement was particularly notable given the personal history of the portfolio's owner, whose family business had contributed to recovery efforts at Ground Zero following the September 11 attacks.

Before his current role, Mr. Mujagic was managing director and divisional chief financial officer at Dycom Industries Inc. from 2017 to 2023. He played a pivotal role as corporate controller and chief financial officer for a middle-market organization with approximately $350 million in annual revenue. During his tenure, he oversaw due diligence and led the 2022 buyout of the predecessor company from Dycom Industries, demonstrating his proficiency in complex financial transactions and organizational leadership.

From 2016 to 2017, Mr. Mujagic served as principal consultant and director of financial planning and analysis at Brooks International, a boutique consulting firm specializing in serving Fortune 1000 and large-cap institutional clients. In this position, he led a team responsible for financial modeling, predictive analytics and forecasting on major client engagements.

Mr. Mujagic began his career at Bank of America in 2008, where he spent eight years advancing through various roles in the middle-market banking division. At the height of his tenure, he served as vice president of commercial and industrial business banking for South Florida, overseeing commercial credit underwriting and risk management for the region. His performance earned him several internal awards from Bank of America.

Throughout his career, Mr. Mujagic has maintained active membership in industry organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. His Chartered Global Management Accountant certification further demonstrates his commitment to professional excellence.

Mr. Mujagic's educational background has been instrumental in shaping his career trajectory. He earned a Master of Business Administration from the College of Business at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton in 2014 after completing a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management from the University of Central Florida in Orlando in 2009. These academic achievements provided him with a strong foundation in business principles and management strategies that have supported his success across multiple sectors.

Civic engagement is an important aspect of Mr. Mujagic's life. He has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and previously served as finance chair for the Florida Bar Association, reflecting his dedication to community service and ethical leadership.

Born in Sarajevo, Mr. Mujagic relocated to the United States as a war refugee affected by the former Yugoslavian conflict during his youth. These formative experiences instilled in him a profound perspective on truth and power while fostering resilience and determination that have defined both his personal and professional life.

Family remains central to Mr. Mujagic's values. He shares a strong co-parenting relationship with his ex-wife for their daughter, Emerson, whom he regards as the center of his world. Alongside Rebecca, he maintains a harmonious family dynamic that he deeply appreciates.

Outside his professional commitments, Mr. Mujagic enjoys playing tennis as a recreational pursuit. Looking ahead, he intends to leverage his extensive experience to pursue opportunities within larger corporate environments, aspiring to serve as chief financial officer for a public company where he can continue making meaningful contributions to organizational growth and stability.

Mr. Mujagic attributes much of his success to his family background and upbringing, emphasizing that his diverse heritage has been integral to his achievements and ongoing drive for excellence in finance.
