LOS ANGELES, CA, April 10, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Los Angeles Times Festival of Books returns to the University of Southern California campus on 18-19 April 2026, continuing its legacy as one of the nation's most respected literary gatherings. Guided by this year's theme, "Many stories. One weekend.", the festival celebrates diversity in literature and highlights works that support education, creativity, and lifelong learning.

As one of the official exhibitors at the 2026 festival, MainSpring Books will take part in this literary gathering by presenting selected titles at Booth #967. Among them is Tenants and Travelers: From Pond to Pasture by Cathy Fleming, a children's book that combines poetry, nature education, and visual storytelling.

In Tenants and Travelers: From Pond to Pasture, Cathy introduces young readers to pond and pasture ecosystems through rhyming poems and companion informational sections. The book explores animal life and natural environments in a way that supports both independent reading and guided learning between parents, teachers, and children.

Drawing from her background in education, Fleming incorporates rhythm and rhyme as tools for retention and engagement, encouraging children to connect with both language and the natural world. The structure of the book also allows for deeper exploration, with "Did You Know" sections designed to support discussion and reinforce learning concepts.

Blending creative expression with educational purpose, the book reflects an approach that integrates science, language, and imagination, offering a resource suitable for classroom use, homeschooling, and shared reading experiences.

Festival attendees are invited to visit MainSpring Books at Booth #967 to explore Tenants and Travelers: From Pond to Pasture alongside other featured titles presented during the event.

MainSpring Books, a full-service publishing and author marketing company dedicated to amplifying diverse voices, will participate as an exhibitor at the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books, one of the largest literary gatherings in the United States.
