Between 2008 and 2011, Mr. Sinclair served in Kaneohe, Hawaii, as a tactical intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance analyst with a U.S. Navy Squadron. In this role, he provided essential intelligence support for squadron reconnaissance operations. Prior to this assignment, Mr. Sinclair began his military service in 2006 as a strike warfare intelligence analyst with the U.S. Navy in Yokosuka, Japan, where he served for two years.
