She earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in business administration and management from the University of Cincinnati in 2023. She completed a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management, with majors in finance and economics, from the University of Dayton in 2022. Mrs. Silverstein attributes a significant part of her success to the profound influence of her mother, whose example set a powerful standard from an early age. Serving as the Chief Executive Officer of a major health system, her mother demonstrated not only exceptional leadership, but also an unwavering commitment to growth and excellence; earning her doctorate in nursing while Mrs. Silverstein was still in high school. Watching her mother balance the demands of executive leadership with the pursuit of advanced education left a lasting impression. Her civic involvement is extensive. She has been a member of Beta Gamma Sigma since 2020. She has volunteered with organizations such as Roof Above and Baby Bundles, and participated in food drives organized by Fifth Third Bank during 2023. She has also been involved with the Alpha Phi Foundation from 2019 to 2022, serving as chapter president of Alpha Phi International Fraternity from 2020 to 2021 and as vice president of risk management for Alpha Phi International Fraternity at the University of Dayton from 2019 to 2020. Additional affiliations include membership with Future Business Leaders of America from 2016 to 2018, volunteering with House of Bread in 2018, tutoring elementary school students and supporting Dress for Success.
