As the company evolved, Mr. Aucoin encouraged employees to contribute new areas of expertise, expanding beyond project controls into consulting, project management and estimating. This growth led to a rebranding from EPC Planners to EPC Project Services and the creation of a consulting division serving hundreds of professionals executing capital projects worldwide. The organization further diversified by launching an engineering division and developing an artificial intelligence division to transform the engineering and construction industry. Before founding EPC Project Services, Mr. Aucoin was employed by Jacobs, a premier engineering & construction company, from 2012 to 2020. Hired as a subject-matter expert in planning and scheduling, he contributed technical expertise and strategic insight across multiple assignments. Between 2018 and 2019, Mr. Aucoin excelled as a department manager for planning and scheduling. Then, from 2019 to 2020, he served as the global director of project controls. In this capacity, he oversaw international teams and traveled the world to evaluate offices and their personnel, leveraging his expertise to drive operational excellence and support employee development.

Mr. Aucoin's earlier experience included serving as a planning, scheduling and project controls professional at CB&I, a world designer and builder of storage facilities, tanks, and terminals, from 2011 to 2012. He began his career as a project control specialist at Fluor Corporation, a global engineering and construction company, between 2006 and 2011. He credits this formative period with instilling rigorous standards for quality and process, values that have shaped his subsequent leadership roles.

Mr. Aucoin's educational background includes a bachelor's degree in business management with a focus on contract law from Temple University in Philadelphia in 2005. He also attended the American School of The Hague during his formative years abroad, a life-changing experience that exposed him to diverse cultures and perspectives.

Today, Mr. Aucoin maintains active membership in several industry organizations, including the AACE International and various entrepreneur, founder and investor groups. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is deeply engaged in civic activities. He volunteers as a mentor, helping students prepare for future careers.
