In 2026, he launched RamWal, LLC, a fractional business advisory firm where he serves as CEO and brings his experience to help new, small, and minority-owned businesses lead with clarity, raise capital, and scale with intention. The venture represents a significant milestone in his journey, marking the first time he has launched an enterprise of his own.

Prior to establishing RamWal, Mr. Ramseur served as Senior Vice President of Auxilior Capital Partners, Inc. in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania, from 2024 to 2026. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in expanding the company's portfolio and strengthening its market presence in the equipment finance space.

Before joining Auxilior, Mr. Ramseur excelled as a Senior Vice President and Head of Risk Management at Truist Bank in the Greater Atlanta area. Overseeing both group portfolio management and underwriting initiatives, his work focused on risk framework strategies and supporting the bank's growth platforms across diverse markets.

From 2016 to 2017, Mr. Ramseur held the role of Chief Risk Officer at Ally Financial Services in Charleston, South Carolina. A start-up at the time, he played a pivotal role in establishing the platform and spearheaded risk management operations within the commercial finance group.

A defining chapter of Mr. Ramseur's career unfolded at Siemens Financial Services in Iselin, New Jersey, where he served from 2002 to 2016. In the better part of 15 years, he held various leadership roles that ultimately culminated into the role of Global Chief Risk Officer. This appointment placed him at the helm of the transaction approval process, portfolio management, audit, and compliance on a global scale.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Ramseur gained foundational management experience as Vice President of Credit & Legal at American Finance Group, which provided him with critical insights into strategy, financial operations, underwriting, documentation, and policy that would be the foundation for his subsequent leadership roles.

Hailing from an equally accomplished academic background, Mr. Ramseur earned a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 1995 after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Business at Howard University in 1992. He also pursed coursework through the Executive Master of Business Administration program at Rutgers University-Newark, further broadening his strategic perspective. Recognized for his impact outside the classroom as well, he was a 3-year captain of the men's football team at Howard University and named Academic All-American.

To augment his professional qualifications, Mr. Ramseur is admitted to practice law by both the Maryland Bar and Massachusetts Bar and has completed various leadership courses and certifications in team building and process communication through Siemens Leadership Academy.

Reflecting on his journey, Mr. Ramseur attributes his success to a strong work ethic and competitive spirit. His willingness to learn, be stretched and take risks was encouraged by strong leaders and supportive mentors, to whom he remains grateful.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Ramseur has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to civic engagement and community service. Since 2015, he has contributed as a leadership council member for Platinum Minds, which provides support for academically driven boys from underserved communities. He served on the Board of Trustees for Archmere Academy from 2015 to 2019, Board Member at Far Hills Country Day School from 2015 to 2016 and held multiple roles including Secretary and Risk Committee Chair for Somerset County YMCA (NJ) from 2011 to 2016.

In his personal life, Mr. Ramseur is happily married with three children. As a balance to his professional endeavors, he is a member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and enjoys fellowship through fraternal and social action activities and playing sports such as tennis and golf.
