In 2023, Ms. Keszei joined Abbott Electrophysiology in Austin as North American Sales Training Manager. She has been instrumental in transforming the organization's training model by building a structured sales education platform within a historically clinical-focused division, supporting growth in a rapidly evolving specialty.
Previously, Ms. Keszei served as Senior Account Executive at Philips BioTel Heart in Houston (2022–2023), specializing in cardiac monitoring solutions. She demonstrated agility in adapting to new technologies and shifting market demands.
From 2017 to 2022, she successfully balanced dual full-time roles as an adjunct professor at the University of San Diego School of Business and as an account executive at Avanos Medical. During this time, she earned recognition as a top professor while mentoring students and managing high-performing sales territories.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Keszei held leadership positions at Acclarent (2012–2017) and Ethicon Biosurgery (2005–2012), where she consistently achieved President's Club honors and contributed to international product launches. She began her career with the Department of Defense as an occupational therapist, serving on military bases in Japan, Panama, and Micronesia under complex conditions.
Her professional excellence has been recognized through numerous awards, including the EP Strategy Achievement Award, multiple President's Club distinctions, Sales Trainer of the Year, and Top Professor honors. She is also an active member of Rotary International and participates in community fitness initiatives such as F45 Training.
Ms. Keszei holds executive education credentials from the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education (2017) and a master's degree in educational leadership from Xavier University (2000). She earned bachelor's degrees in biology and psychology from the University of Southern Colorado.
She attributes her success to influential mentors, including Lee Putnam, as well as the support of her family, colleagues, and leaders who modeled strong decision-making and accountability.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ms. Keszei is deeply committed to community service in The Woodlands area, supporting local church initiatives, volunteering with youth sports, contributing to Fellowship of Montgomery, and sponsoring children facing financial hardship.

Ms. Keszei has been married for 20 years and is the proud mother of two children. Her daughter recently earned a full academic and athletic scholarship in water polo to California Baptist University after competing internationally, while her son is a multi-sport athlete with a passion for baseball and is currently pursuing pilot training. Her husband is a retired U.S. Marine Corps aviator and now an airline pilot with United Airlines, holding a doctorate in organizational leadership from Pepperdine University.
In her personal time, Ms. Keszei enjoys running, having completed 73 marathons worldwide, reading, advocating for mental health, and lifelong learning. Above all, she values time with her family and considers their recognition of her ability to balance career and home life among her greatest achievements.
