He represents the next generation of family leadership following his father, Kenneth Rossomando, who acquired full ownership in 1984 after initially purchasing a 50 percent stake in 1971, and his mother, Donna Rossomando, who contributed more than 30 years of service beginning in 1979. He developed an appreciation for tile and stone design at a young age, often identifying patterns and materials in everyday environments.

Mr. Rossomando earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in management, with a minor in economics, from Iona University in 2013. He maintains active involvement in the Natural Stone Institute (NSI), the Tile Council of North America Inc. (TCNA), and the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), and supports philanthropic organizations including Beyond Bedtime (formerly Pajama Program) and Habitat for Humanity.
