She previously served as a clinical assistant professor at Sam Houston State University, where she helped develop a sports media and broadcasting program and supported a student-run ESPN production initiative. Earlier roles at the University of Florida focused on digital learning production, instructional design support, and research operations, contributing to the university's early online education efforts.
Ms. Galganski is affiliated with the Institute for Infrastructure and Interoperable Data in Learning and is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Committee. She has also been recognized as a fellow by the Association of College and University Educators.
She earned a Master of Arts from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts from Sam Houston State University.
