Among his most notable achievements is leading the turnaround of a $600 million post-merger integration initiative that was six months behind schedule, successfully restoring alignment and delivery momentum.
Additionally, Mr. MacBale is the founder of Pragintion PM, established in 2024. Through this firm, he delivers consulting solutions focused on strengthening project execution and advancing business advocacy within organizations.
Prior to these roles, Mr. MacBale served as manager of advisory consulting at Hitachi Vantara in 2022, following his tenure as senior consultant from 2021 to 2022 and consultant at Hitachi Consulting from 2017 to 2021. Across these roles, he guided organizations through large-scale transformation initiatives and complex system integrations.
Mr. MacBale began his career at Frito-Lay, where he worked as an internal consultant from 2015 to 2016 after serving as district sales manager between 2014 and 2015 and route sales representative from 2013 to 2014. Throughout his career, Mr. MacBale has maintained active involvement in professional organizations, including the Adam Smith Society, reflecting his commitment to ongoing development and industry engagement.
Mr. MacBale's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration in business analytics and corporate strategy from SMU Cox School of Business, where he graduated magna cum laude. He also holds a bachelor's degree in general business and human resources management from Portland State University, graduating cum laude. He has further distinguished himself through certifications, including a design thinking certification from MIT Sloan School of Management, earned in 2021, and a Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org, obtained in 2018.
