Additionally, Mr. MacBale is the founder of Pragintion PM, established in 2024. Through this firm, he delivers consulting solutions focused on strengthening project execution and advancing business advocacy within organizations.

Prior to these roles, Mr. MacBale served as manager of advisory consulting at Hitachi Vantara in 2022, following his tenure as senior consultant from 2021 to 2022 and consultant at Hitachi Consulting from 2017 to 2021. Across these roles, he guided organizations through large-scale transformation initiatives and complex system integrations.

Mr. MacBale began his career at Frito-Lay, where he worked as an internal consultant from 2015 to 2016 after serving as district sales manager between 2014 and 2015 and route sales representative from 2013 to 2014.
