Mr. Kesler's expertise in leveraging artificial intelligence models to pull data and his leadership in managing teams for over two decades have positioned him as a respected authority in his field.

In 2020, Mr. Kesler additionally assumed the role of manager of technology risk and regulatory IT compliance at Sprint/T-Mobile, further expanding his responsibilities in overseeing regulatory controls and privacy standards. He has been instrumental in testing evidence for regulatory and privacy controls, ensuring compliance with government contracts, payment card industry standards, the Customer Proprietary Network Information regulations, and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. Mr. Kesler's ability to adapt to constant organizational changes, such as staff reductions and leadership turnover, has been critical to maintaining continuity and excellence within his teams.

Throughout his tenure at T-Mobile USA Inc., Mr. Kesler has managed teams ranging from two to 50 engineers. He is most proud of mentoring individuals through brainstorming sessions, interviews and skill-development initiatives that have enabled them to obtain industry certifications. Mr. Kesler's dedication to staff retention and professional growth has been central to his legacy.

Mr. Kesler previously spent over 35 years at Sprint, beginning in 1983 as a data operations manager and culminating in his role as a technology support engineer III until 2020. Throughout this extensive tenure, he was influential in leading efforts to modernize data transfer processes during a period of significant technological transformation, mentoring new talent and facilitating professional development within the organization, providing technical support across evolving platforms, adapting to rapid advancements in network technologies, and supporting the company's transition from local telephone services to global connectivity.

Before launching his career at Spring, Mr. Kesler was employed by United Telephone System, where he spent five years before being promoted to his first management position at Carolina Telephone & Telegraph Company in eastern North Carolina. There, he built a network control center from the ground up, transforming inefficient operations into a streamlined service relied upon daily by the company. This achievement became a pivotal launchpad for Mr. Kesler's career, earning him recognition for his ability to delegate, train and mentor effectively.

Mr. Kesler's academic background included earning a high school diploma after ranking among the top seven in his class, a testament to his early dedication to academic excellence. He also completed college coursework and holds an Agile 6.0 certification through the Scaled Agile Framework, which has enhanced his ability to lead teams on complex projects efficiently.

Active in his professional community, Mr. Kesler is a member of AFCEA International, a nonprofit membership association that advances professional knowledge and relationships in the communications field. Civically, he is active as the co-lead of the Veterans and Allies Network and is also involved with the Veterans Community Project in Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. Kesler also provides security for New Vision Church in Grandview, Missouri, coaches youth baseball for the Raymore Yankees, volunteers with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, participates in various charity events and supports local food pantries.

Mr. Kesler has witnessed firsthand the evolution of communication technologies, from point-to-point data transfer with international partners like Deutsche Telekom and Global One to the widespread adoption of cell phones and advanced digital circuits. His adaptability has allowed him to navigate industry shifts while maintaining high standards for security and compliance amid the rise of artificial intelligence tools. Among his accomplishments, Mr. Kesler considers his promotion to management at Carolina Telephone & Telegraph Company and the subsequent transformation of its network control center to be a defining moment in his career.

Recognized with several awards, Mr. Kesler received a Leadership and Action Award and a Three Cheers Award from T-Mobile. Looking ahead, he plans to pursue further financial education at T-Mobile USA Inc., deepen his expertise in credit risk management and taxation, and expand his leadership capabilities.
