Since 2024, Mr. Rallabandi has served as co-founder and chief technology officer at Invences Inc. in Dallas, Texas. In this capacity, he leads strategic initiatives focused on private 5G networks, AI-driven network observability and autonomous telecommunications systems. His leadership has enabled large-scale, production-grade deployments across smart cities, Industry 4.0, digital agriculture, and mission-critical networks, delivering measurable improvements in connectivity, automation, and operational efficiency. He is particularly dedicated to bridging the digital divide by connecting underserved and rural communities. Under his guidance, Invences Inc. has delivered transformative projects, including smart agriculture deployments in North Dakota and Yuma, Arizona, integrating sensors, IoT devices, LoRa gateways, cameras and field sensors with Azure Cloud to help farmers manage daily operations more efficiently.

Before his current role, Mr. Rallabandi was chief architect and chief technology officer at SynapsIQ LLC from 2023 to 2024. There, he drove the development of innovative solutions in network intelligence and automation.

From 2018 to 2023, he held the position of senior staff and senior manager of engineering at Samsung Electronics America. During this period, he was an early contributor to transforming physical network functions into virtualized and containerized applications. He built teams from the ground up to deploy these technologies for Verizon as part of the multi billion Samsung Network Access Program. His work also included pioneering Greenfield ORAN and CBRS deployments for Comcast and Dish.

Between 2014 and 2018, Mr. Rallabandi served as senior manager of engineering for 5G NSA/SA Evolution (B-Yond) at AT&T in Redmond, Washington. He played a pivotal role in building the 4G LTE network from inception—leading projects such as the first LTE voice call, Wi-Fi call, video call, first-responder call, and OnStar connected-car call. At AT&T's Redmond lab, he contributed to developing a facility comparable in size to three football fields with hardware equivalent to a cable route from Seattle to New York—about 7,000 miles—integrating multi-vendor components for interoperability and architecture testing.

From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Rallabandi served as the principal solutions architect for the 4G end-to-end mobility core (MIW) at AT&T Mobility Labs in Redmond. He was instrumental in designing robust network architectures that supported the rapid expansion of mobile broadband services.

His earlier experience includes serving as principal network engineer (LTE-EPC) with InfoVision at Verizon Wireless from 2009 to 2011. There, he contributed significantly to the launch of Verizon's 4G services by testing applications used daily by millions of customers.

Mr. Rallabandi began his career as a senior systems engineer at Sasken Technologies Limited from 2004 to 2007, where he honed his technical skills in wireless communications.

Throughout his career, Mr. Rallabandi has achieved numerous milestones that have shaped the telecommunications landscape. During his master's studies, he proposed specific absorption rate standards for mobile radiation to the Federal Communications Commission via Professor Nazila Safavi, conducted tests, and set benchmarks that guided original equipment manufacturers nationwide. He also designed end-to-end advanced communication systems using MATLAB during this formative period.

He holds patents in AI-driven network observability, intelligent orchestration, and autonomous telecom platforms—demonstrating his commitment to advancing future networks and connecting unconnected populations worldwide. His achievements have been recognized through features in IEEE Spectrum in 2026, as well as awards such as the Technix Yes Award for projects like smart agriculture deployments and the IEEE Entrepreneur Leadership Spirit Award in 2025 for entrepreneurial leadership across the United States.

Mr. Rallabandi is an active member of several industry organizations, including serving on the advisory council of the Forbes Technology Council since 2025, being a senior member of IEEE and participating in the AI-RAN Alliance, the OnGo Alliance and 5G Americas.

His academic background laid a strong foundation for his professional accomplishments. He earned a master's degree in advanced wireless communications engineering from National University, which gave him deep technical knowledge that fueled his early innovations, including proposing SAR standards to regulatory bodies. He also holds a bachelor's degree in electronics and communications engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, which equipped him with the essential engineering principles he has applied throughout his career. Additionally, he completed an associate's degree in electronics and communications engineering from VASAVI Polytechnic College - SBTET, further strengthening his technical expertise.

Mr. Rallabandi's commitment to continuous learning is reflected in his certifications: an Expert Systems Engineering Professional (ESEP) from INCOSE, awarded in 2026; a CBRS-certified professional installer from Google, obtained in 2023; and an NVIDIA-certified professional in AI infrastructure, AI networking, and AI operations.

He attributes his success not merely to financial gain but to pursuing meaningful work with full effort, observing outcomes, and enjoying each step of the journey. This philosophy inspired him to leave Samsung after recognizing untapped potential within himself—prompting him to co-found Invences Inc., where he continues to make impactful daily contributions by solving problems, advancing technology, and positively affecting communities. His work supports connectivity for millions of users and enterprises worldwide.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Rallabandi has contributed to civic life as a board member at Ashford University from 2018 to 2020, supporting educational initiatives aligned with his passion for STEM advancement.
