Prior to his current role, Mr. Kosinski dedicated over 30 years to ORBA (Ostrow Reisin Berk & Abrams), serving as tax director from 1994 to 2025. During this tenure, he established himself as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs and small business owners requiring specialized tax planning and consulting services. He regularly conducted tax seminars that provided annual updates on Internal Revenue Service processes, procedures, tax examinations and emerging issues, such as the tax impact of the OBBBA, business entity choices and startup options and year-end planning strategies. Mr. Kosinski's academic journey began with distinction as valedictorian of his high school class. He attended DePaul University in Chicago, graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in accounting in 1989 before continuing his studies at DePaul Driehaus College of Business, earning a Master of Science in taxation in 1995. During his DePaul education, he was active in social and academic organizations, participating in the boards as an officer of the Accounting Club, Alpha Lambda Delta, Golden Key Honor Society, and Beta Alpha Psi. His passion for writing was recognized and rewarded by working as a tutor at the DePaul Writing Center, offering help to intellectually curious undergraduate and graduate students and having an opportunity to engage in the highly rewarding experience of helping other students develop their writing skills.
