Mr. Digital Davis has established himself as an expert in inclusive design, currently serving as a senior inclusive service designer at Yahoo since 2025. In this capacity, he is responsible for ensuring that the company's design systems adhere to global accessibility standards and foster inclusivity across digital products. His leadership in this role reflects a deep commitment to advancing equitable technology solutions on a global scale.

Prior to joining Yahoo, Mr. Digital Davis worked as an inclusive user experience service designer with Fearless from 2024 to 2025, where he contributed to civic technology initiatives at the State Department. His efforts focused on improving the inclusivity of passport and visa application processes on ustravel.gov, directly impacting the accessibility of essential government services for diverse populations.

From 2023 to 2024, Mr. Digital Davis was selected as an Inclusive Product Management Accelerator fellow at the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. Through this program, he participated in efforts to increase diversity within product development teams in the technology sector, further honing his expertise in inclusive product management.

From 2022 to 2023, he served as an inclusive service designer at Bixal, advancing projects focused on equitable access and user-centered design. His work contributed to the organization's mission of delivering impactful digital solutions to public-sector clients.

As lead user experience researcher for product inclusion and accessibility at Giant Eagle Inc. from 2021 to 2022, Mr. Digital Davis led accessibility initiatives that improved customer experiences for individuals with disabilities. His research and advocacy helped shape more inclusive retail environments.

Between 2019 and 2021, Mr. Digital Davis served as a customer experience manager for design thinking and research at the Department of Human Services in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. There, he worked on inclusive artificial intelligence and equitable products within the Children, Youth and Families space, driving innovation in public service delivery.

From 2018 to 2019, he was a product owner at AsylumConnect (now InReach), where he managed digital platforms supporting LGBTQ+ asylum seekers. During this period, he also served as digital service coordinator at Goodwill Southwestern Pennsylvania, focusing on digital literacy and access programs.

From 2015 to 2018, Mr. Digital Davis was a community engagement strategist at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh. He developed outreach strategies that prioritized user needs and demographic diversity. Concurrently, he served as development director for Engineers for a Sustainable World from 2017 to 2018 and as event organizer for nonprofit organizations in Pittsburgh through Google from 2018 to 2019.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Digital Davis mentored youth as a community mentor with the Youth Media Advocacy Project at Carlow University in 2015. He led local community initiatives with freeCodeCamp from 2016 to 2020.

His professional journey is further distinguished by his service on the board of advisors for RedChairPGH from 2020 to 2022, during which he supported efforts to advance gender diversity in technology.

Among his most notable achievements is founding an inclusive technology club through his LinkedIn newsletter in early 2025. The club's kickoff project involved interviewing thirty individuals who identified as Black futurists on LinkedIn; these insights were published in his bi-weekly newsletter focused on inclusive technology, accessibility and equity. This initiative continues to grow under his stewardship and stands out as a source of pride in his career.

Mr. Digital Davis's academic background includes a 2015 bachelor's degree in philosophy from Carlow University in Pittsburgh. His studies encouraged him to explore diverse perspectives and problem-solving approaches, a foundation that has informed his inclusive design approach throughout his career.

He has pursued extensive professional development through certifications such as the AI Product Management Certificate from Product IQ Inc in 2025; Strategic Research for Experimentation from CXL in 2025; AI Product Manager from Udacity Inc in 2025; Nanodegree in Growth Product Management from Udacity Inc in 2024; Inclusive Product Management Accelerator Fellow credential from Canvas Credentials (now Parchment Digital Badges) in 2023; User Research certification from CXL completed in 2021; Membership Certificate from Interaction Design Foundation in 2019; Digital Product Management: Modern Fundamentals from Coursera Inc in 2019; Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp completed in 2018; Digital Sales Certification, AdWords Fundamentals, Google Analytics Individual Qualification and Mobile Sites Certification all from Google in 2018; and a Digital Marketing Nanodegree from Udacity Inc earned in 2017.

Throughout his career, Mr. Digital Davis has credited his success to surrounding himself with individuals dedicated to helping others, particularly those committed to accessibility and inclusion work. His civic engagement includes volunteering on projects related to inclusive artificial intelligence and equitable products for children, youth and families. He is also recognized for authoring "Design Thinking in Libraries," published in 2015, which explores user needs, demographic groups, and service design in library settings.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Mr. Digital Davis enjoys practicing yoga, participating in Spartan races, meditating, reading books and watching movies weekly. He is dedicated to caring for his family members while maintaining personal well-being through these activities.
