SPOFFORD, NH, April 30, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Allison Wyatt has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mrs. Wyatt, a native of Massachusetts, has established herself as a leading authority in equitable, competitive and financially sustainable HR practices. Her work spans performance management, total rewards, board advisory and talent planning and for mission-driven nonprofits. Over the course of 24 years, she has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to advancing people strategy and organizational effectiveness across both corporate and nonprofit sectors.

Since 2015, Mrs. Wyatt has served as founder and chief executive officer of Edgility Talent Partners. Under her leadership, the firm has become nationally recognized for its expertise in designing and implementing compensation systems that are not only externally competitive but also fair and aligned with organizational values. She has built Edgility Talent Partners from the ground up, now employing 13 professionals and serving hundreds of nonprofit organizations annually. Her approach centers on people-first change management, ensuring that all programs and systems reflect staff's needs and aspirations while maintaining financial sustainability in an often resource constrained sector. Through her work, Mrs. Wyatt has established thought leadership in the field and developed a robust client portfolio.

Before founding Edgility Talent Partners, Mrs. Wyatt was the Vice President of Human Capital consulting services at KOYA Leadership Partners in Newburyport, Massachusetts, from 2013 to 2015. In this capacity, she provided strategic guidance to nonprofit clients nationwide, helping them navigate complex talent challenges and implement best practices in human resources management.

From 2008 to 2013, Mrs. Wyatt served as an Executive Leader overseeing and advising on talent strategy at Education Pioneers. During her tenure at Education Pioneers, Mrs. Wyatt was instrumental in scaling the organization's national recruitment function from recruiting 60 leaders per year to more than 500 annually. At the same time, she built the internal HR function from the ground up, growing the organization from six staff members to nearly 50. Additionally, she laid the foundation for alumni leadership programming for thousands of former Fellows working in leadership roles across the social impact sector. These efforts enabled her to identify sector-wide trends in strategic people management and talent infrastructure and inspired her subsequent entrepreneurial endeavors.

Her professional journey began as a Human Resources Generalist at a Time Warner subsidiary from 2002 to 2005. Reporting directly to the Director of Compensation, she gained foundational experience in benefits administration, total rewards, data analytics and performance management. This early exposure fueled her passion for people strategy and motivated her transition into the mission-driven sector.

Mrs. Wyatt is an active member of several industry-related organizations, including ACN, Consultants for Good LLC, Massachusetts Nonprofit Network, Connecticut Nonprofit Alliance, Providers' Council, New Hampshire Center for Nonprofits, Common Good Vermont, and The National Charter School Association.

Her academic background includes a Master of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Cambridge, Massachusetts, earned in 2007. This advanced education enhanced her business acumen and deepened her expertise in organizational dynamics—skills that have been pivotal throughout her career. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian studies from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut, awarded in 2002. During both high school and college, Mrs. Wyatt participated in foreign exchange programs that allowed her to live in China, broadening her global perspective.

Mrs. Wyatt's professional credentials include certifications such as Recruiting Automation Pro from Entelo Academy (2019), Entelo Basics Certified (2019), SHRM-SP from the Human Capital Institute, and completion of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. These certifications have further strengthened her capabilities in organizational leadership and strategic human resources management.

She attributes much of her success to the skills she developed growing up in an economically disadvantaged community and in a family that navigated financial struggles - even homelessness during a period of her childhood. These formative experiences instilled resourcefulness, creativity and grit, qualities that have shaped her approach to overcoming challenges throughout life. A scholarship to Northfield Mount Hermon School in western Massachusetts proved transformative by providing access to new opportunities and networks that would later support her professional growth.

Mrs. Wyatt has been civically engaged as an advisory board member at Saint Joseph Regional School in Keene, New Hampshire, since 2025 and has served on the alum council at Northfield Mount Hermon since 2024.

Outside of her professional commitments, Mrs. Wyatt is dedicated to supporting her three sons—aged fifteen, thirteen and eleven—in their pursuits, including robotics tournaments and baseball, lacrosse and soccer games. She enjoys hiking, exploring nature, horseback riding, cooking and traveling with her family; together they have visited nearly every continent.

Looking ahead, Mrs. Wyatt is developing a people management platform designed to help organizations treat employees with greater care by leveraging behavioral science principles alongside emerging technologies. Her vision is to create scalable solutions that make effective people leadership accessible beyond traditional executive coaching models.

Throughout her distinguished career, Mrs. Wyatt has remained committed to building systems that prioritize fairness while delivering measurable impact for mission-driven organizations nationwide.
