The company focuses on delivering high-performance, below-market housing using modular systems designed to improve speed, cost-efficiency, and build quality in response to growing housing shortages.

Her work centers on bringing modular systems into real-world use under constraints such as seismic requirements, wet climate conditions, and stringent building codes, while addressing supply chain constraints and skilled labour shortages.

She serves as Vice Chair of the First Nations Housing and Infrastructure Council, supporting First Nations-led housing initiatives through board-level governance and collaboration across communities, government, and delivery partners.

Over the course of her career, Tung has worked across North America and Asia in both public and private sector environments. She has led initiatives in manufacturing and construction, including establishing and operating a production business in Asia. Her earlier experience in media focused on cross-cultural communication and stakeholder engagement. Across these roles, she has focused on translating new ideas into workable models under real-world constraints, applying this approach across different industries and environments.

Tung has been recognized by the Royal Bank of Canada's Women of Influence program as one to watch. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Simon Fraser University.
