Prior to her current roles, from 2017 to 2019, she served as Associate Director of Organization Effectiveness and Leadership Development at Vistana Signature Experiences, now Marriott Vacation Club.

Previously, from 2012 to 2017, Ms. Schneider was Director of Human Resources at Vistana Signature Experiences, where she managed comprehensive human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations and performance management. Her earlier career includes serving as a Managing Supervisor at Ameren responsible for employee compensation and performance management. She also served as a Manager of Human Resources at the same firm, focusing on strategic HR execution at the business line level.

A break in her tenure at Ameren Services occurred from 2006 to 2008 when Ms. Schneider served at Edward Jones as a Senior Performance Development Specialist, focusing on leadership development of home office associates. Prior to this, she worked with Ameren in a variety of roles, including Organization Development Specialist, a Human Resources Business Services Client Consultant and Human Resources Specialist with an emphasis on EEO Compliance. Additionally, she has shared her knowledge in academic settings as an adjunct professor at Saint Louis University and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.

Throughout her distinguished career spanning over two decades, Ms. Schneider has achieved recognition as an expert in leadership development. She is an active member of the International Coaching Federation and its Hawaii Chapter, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional excellence in coaching. She also previously served as a chapter president of BNI Global.

Ms. Schneider's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, earned in 2000, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Truman State University. Her professional credentials include ACC (Associate Certified Coach) certification and the ICF member badge, both awarded by the International Coaching Federation, Certified Professional Coach designation from iPEC®, and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner certification from iPEC®.

She served as president of the Rotary Club of Lahaina Sunset and was Board President for Connections to Success for one year. Her creative contributions include regular articles in the Maui Vision magazine. Recently, "The Knowing Within," a project that reflects her dedication to personal growth and self-awareness was featured.

In her personal life, Ms. Schneider enjoys traveling as a hobby.
