Guided by her expertise in lifetime experience, she is actively working to expand her company by inviting additional practitioners to join her vision of accessible, inclusive health and wellness services.

Prior to founding Enliven Collective, Ms. Benisch spent a year in Portland, learning and training for her next steps after the corporate world, leveraging her extensive background to support local businesses and organizations. Her most significant corporate tenure came at Intel Corporation, where she dedicated over two decades to advancing supply chain operations and technology. From 2013 to 2023, she held the position of strategic supply chain architect, where she specialized in deconstructing complex systems into actionable tasks for software development teams.

Before entering the private sector, she served in the United States Air Force as an air traffic controller for nearly a decade beginning in 1989, with her military service distinguished by her recognition as Airwoman of the Year in 1994 and the unique opportunity to fly on an F-16.

Throughout her career, Ms. Benisch has been recognized nationally for her achievements. In 2018, she received Intel's Working Mother of the Year Award from Working Mother Media and was honored with the STEP Ahead Award by the Manufacturing Institute — an accolade bestowed upon only 100 individuals across the United States for their contributions to the manufacturing sector.

Alongside her primary roles, Ms. Benisch is committed to ongoing professional development through her active involvement with industry organizations. She served on the board of directors for the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), now known as the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM), from 2014 to 2016 after holding several additional local leadership titles from 2008 to 2013. She is also affiliated with the American Legion, Women in Networking and the Worldwide Women's Association.

Hailing from an equally accomplished academic background, Ms. Benisch earned a bachelor's degree in information systems and supply and logistics management from Portland State University in 2000. Dedicated to the ideals of continuous learning, she has pursued ongoing development through certifications as a health and wellness coach from mindbodygreen LLC in 2023 and as a supply chain professional from APICS in 2009. She was also certified in production and inventory management by APICS in 2002.

Reflecting on her storied journey thus far, Ms. Benisch attributes her accomplishments across multiple industries to her tenacity and authenticity — qualities that have enabled her to navigate complex challenges while remaining true to her personal values.

Beyond her professional life, Ms. Benisch has long been dedicated to civic engagement and volunteerism. She served as Sinclairity Family team captain for March of Dimes from 2006 to 2014 and has been an independent fundraiser for Boys & Girls Aid since 2015. Happily married and a proud mother of two daughters who are currently in high school — a role that further underscores her commitment to family and mentorship — Ms. Benisch is deeply connected to her community through both service and advocacy. In addition to her professional pursuits, she enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, swimming, scuba diving, bicycling and exploring nature.

Determined to help even more individuals in need in the coming years, Ms. Benisch plans to establish a brick-and-mortar location for Enliven Collective that features multiple health and wellness practitioners. She envisions creating an inclusive environment where individuals can explore diverse health options — including services such as IV bars, red-and-green light therapy and cold plunges — and receive personalized coaching regardless of socioeconomic status. Through these efforts, she aims to empower others to live their dreams and become the best versions of themselves by giving their best each day.
