Earlier in his career, Mr. Singh worked as a relationship manager for small and medium-sized enterprises at BankSA between 2015 and 2019, where he became known for his strong client relationships and ability to structure tailored financial outcomes for businesses.

His banking career also includes a progression of leadership and business banking roles at ANZ, including senior business banking manager, business banking manager and small business specialist. Across these positions, he developed extensive expertise in business banking operations, credit analysis, commercial lending and customer engagement.

Mr. Singh began his professional journey in financial services as an assistant manager in equipment finance at DCB Bank from 2006 to 2008. After relocating to Australia, he commenced his Australian career with Combined Insurance as a representative and quickly advanced to the position of territory manager, recognized for his strong performance, leadership capabilities and client engagement skills.
