She is responsible for structuring the organization for efficiency, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of services aligned to both client and patient needs.

With more than 18 years of industry experience, Naomi has developed expertise in drug safety, regulatory compliance, and client delivery. She is recognized for her ability to think strategically across operations, aligning people, process, and technology to address complex challenges in highly regulated environments.

Prior to Conduent, Naomi spent over a decade at AssistRx, where she built a quality and pharmacovigilance function from the ground up into a large team focused on continuous improvement. Under her leadership, the program became a key differentiator in client acquisition and maintained strong performance during periods of organizational strain.

Earlier in her career, Naomi held roles in operations and continuous improvement within specialty pharmacy, as well as positions in media production and creative design. She began her professional career with Walt Disney World, contributing to guest services and creative initiatives, including work associated with Animal Kingdom.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Naomi is the founder of Man On The Wing Productions LLC, where she develops original creative content, including "The Adventures of the Peppermint Goat," a children's book series currently in development. Her background in creative design continues to inform her approach to problem-solving, bringing a distinct perspective to both operational and strategic work.

Naomi holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from Ringling College of Art and Design and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification and is currently pursuing her Black Belt.

She attributes much of her approach to leadership to the influence of her mother, whose creativity, kindness, and thoughtfulness shaped her perspective on leading with both discipline and empathy.
