Ms. Asack has established herself as a versatile and accomplished leader in the fields of engineering, manufacturing and product development, with a career spanning more than two decades across aerospace, automotive and electrical manufacturing industries. In her current capacity as the Senior Vice President of power products at Schneider Electric since 2025, she oversees the development and management of products throughout their lifecycle, reviews progress on multiple product development projects, analyzes business profitability and product performance and engages directly with customers to drive sales and business growth.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Asack served as the Senior Vice President of Home and Distribution at Schneider Electric from 2024 to 2025, where she was responsible for overseeing teams across the U.S., Canada and Mexico and ensuring the successful launch of innovative products into the market. From 2022 to 2024, she held the position of Vice President of customer satisfaction and quality for Home and Distribution on a global scale at Schneider Electric. In 2022, she also served as Vice President of Industrialization for Home and Distribution in North America at Schneider Electric, where she led efforts to streamline operations and improve manufacturing processes.
Ms. Asack's expertise was further honed during her tenure at Sensata Technologies, Inc. in Attleboro, Massachusetts. She was a senior director of program management and process engineering in 2021, where she managed complex engineering programs and drove process improvements. From 2019 to 2021, she served as the director of program and product management and global business operations, leading cross-functional teams to launch hundreds of products into the global automotive market, many of which are now found in both conventional and electric vehicles.
Between 2018 and 2019, Ms. Asack was the director of product and program management, and from 2015 to 2018, she served as product and operations manager for performance sensing. She began her journey at Sensata Technologies as global product development manager for performance sensing between 2014 and 2015.
Ms. Asack's early career was rooted in aerospace engineering at GE Aerospace, General Electric Company. From 2013 to 2014, she managed advanced health management systems and integration projects. She previously served as an advanced technology program manager from 2010 to 2013 after working as a turbofan/turbojet performance engineer specializing in advanced technology and preliminary design between 2006 and 2010. Her initial role at GE Aerospace was as an engine cycle design and analysis engineer for advanced technology and preliminary design from 2005 to 2006.
Throughout her career, Ms. Asack has demonstrated exceptional proficiency in strategy, people management and global leadership, skills that have enabled her to manage teams across more than 20 countries and collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds. Among her most significant professional achievements is receiving a patent from the United States Patent Office for a control system algorithm used in Black Hawk and Apache helicopters, a technology now implemented in every helicopter of these types.
Ms. Asack's academic foundation includes a Master of Science in engineering management from Tufts University, earned in 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, awarded in 2005. Ms. Asack graduated with a high school diploma from Boston Latin School in 2001.
Committed to lifelong learning, Ms. Asack has earned numerous certifications, including Leading Next Frontier from HEC Paris in 2024. She also completed a professional certificate program in sustainability from MIT in 2024, along with programs in innovation and technology, circular economy transition for future sustainability and life cycle assessment quantifying environmental impacts, all from MIT Professional Education in 2024.
Ms. Asack's continued education also includes sustainable infrastructure systems planning and operations from MIT Professional Education in 2024, as well as sustainability strategies and opportunities for industry completed in 2023. Earlier in her career, she earned a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from GE Aerospace in 2006.
Reflecting on her career, Ms. Asack attributes her success primarily to her immigrant mindset and unwavering determination to better herself. Arriving in the United States at age 12 from Poland with limited English proficiency and modest financial resources instilled a hunger for growth that has propelled her throughout her career. She overcame financial constraints during university by working full-time while pursuing her master's degree and raising a family, all while navigating male-dominated industries with resilience.
Ms. Asack's civic engagement is extensive. Since 2022, she has been an active member of the Industry Advisory Council at the Gordon Institute at Tufts University and serves as a mentor with Girls Inc., supporting young women pursuing STEM careers. She previously served as the Day of Caring director at Sensata Technologies in 2015 and as a math and science tutor at Lynn Classical High School from 2005 to 2008. She also continues to volunteer on weekends with her family at a downtown food kitchen.
Known for her impact in the field, Ms. Asack's accomplishments have been recognized through several prestigious awards, including being named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Nashville in 2025. She also received the Ichabod Washburn Young Alumni Award from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2025, earned engineering excellence awards from General Electric Company, and was honored with the Young Engineer Award from General Electric Company.
Outside her professional commitments, Ms. Asack balances her demanding career with active involvement in her children's lives by spending time together, reading and attending their sporting events. Deeply committed to mentoring others, she regularly supports women and youth pursuing careers in STEM disciplines.
Looking ahead, Ms. Asack intends to continue growing the business at Schneider Electric. She also aspires to give back academically by teaching business and leadership classes, sharing practical knowledge gained through years of hands-on leadership that extends beyond traditional textbooks.
