A defining moment in Mr. Kemme's career occurred early in his tenure as a trial attorney when he secured a significant jury verdict for a client who suffered severe and permanent back injuries in an accident involving a State Farm policyholder. Despite a top offer of $15,000 from State Farm—an amount insufficient to cover medical expenses—Mr. Kemme pursued the matter to trial. After three days in court, the jury awarded his client $225,000, a result that far exceeded the original offer and stands as one of his most rewarding professional achievements.

Before his current role, Mr. Kemme served as an e-discovery attorney with Dauntless Discovery in 2021. In this capacity, he gained valuable experience in managing electronic evidence and supporting litigation teams with document review and analysis.

From 2019 to 2021, Mr. Kemme worked as a personal injury legal assistant at Gregory S. Young Co., LPA. There, he developed a passion for personal injury law while assisting attorneys with case preparation and client communications.
