In this capacity, he leads learning strategy across the Americas, including North America and Latin America, while also overseeing all learning and development initiatives for Publicis Sapient's Strategy, Product, and Experience capabilities globally. A defining milestone in Mr. Stevens' career was his leadership in facilitating Publicis Sapient's adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework. Tasked with implementing the initiative rapidly while also measuring its impact, he partnered closely with Scaled Agile to develop a comprehensive methodology for building organizational capability at scale. Within one year, more than 3,600 employees were trained as practitioners and specialists across multiple disciplines.

This effort helped create a self-sustaining agile learning ecosystem, supported by the development of SAFe Program Consultants and a sustained certification model. Publicis Sapient achieved platinum status in the Scaled Agile Framework, strengthening its client pipeline and positioning the organization as a sought-after partner for agile transformation. The initiative also marked Mr. Stevens' first significant engagement with a C-level executive, the chief product officer, and led to expanded responsibilities across product, strategy, and experience management.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Stevens served as Capability Learning and Development Lead for North America at Publicis Sapient from 2018 to 2023. In this role, he designed and executed learning strategies aligned to business objectives across the region, contributing to stronger employee engagement, improved capability readiness, and measurable organizational outcomes.

From 2017 to 2018, he served as Manager of Learning and Organizational Development at Publicis Sapient, where he focused on optimizing talent development processes and supporting leadership growth initiatives. Before that, he was Senior Manager of Corporate Training and Development at Cambridge International Education from 2016 to 2017, leading corporate training programs that enhanced workforce capability and supported institutional goals.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Stevens served as Manager of Learning and Organizational Development at Publicis Sapient from 2014 to 2016, where he helped shape talent strategies and foster a culture of continuous improvement. From 2011 to 2014, he was a Senior Facilitator and Executive Coach at Publicis Sapient, delivering executive coaching and leadership workshops that supported the professional growth of employees across the organization. He began his career as a teacher and coach from 2005 to 2011, establishing the foundation for his expertise in education, facilitation, and talent development.

Throughout his career, Mr. Stevens has demonstrated particular strength in culture, leadership development, capability strategy, and organizational transformation. His work reflects a consistent focus on helping people and organizations adapt to changing business conditions while building the skills, confidence, and behaviors needed for long-term success. He is also an active member of the Association for Talent Development, reflecting his commitment to continued professional growth and contribution to the field.

Mr. Stevens earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and French from Union College in Schenectady, New York, in 2005. His academic background helped shape the communication, critical thinking, and cross-cultural understanding that continue to inform his work as a learning leader and organizational strategist.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, Mr. Stevens serves as Program Director for Raynham Youth Lacrosse. His civic involvement reflects his broader commitment to developing others, building community, and using coaching as a vehicle for growth both inside and outside the workplace.
