COLUMBUS, OH, May 14, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Craig Miller, CPA, CGMA, CCSP, president and managing partner of Duffy+Duffy Cost Segregation Services LLC, was selected by Marquis Who's Who for a prominent feature in the December 2024/January 2025 Columbus, Ohio, regional issue of Forbes magazine.

Mr. Miller is a distinguished income tax and cost segregation professional with over 30 years of industry experience. Since 2015, he has excelled as the president and managing partner of Duffy+Duffy Cost Segregation Services LLC, a national engineering-based consulting firm with offices in Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio, and Detroit, Michigan, that focuses on educating taxpayers and taxation professionals and has extensive expertise in preparing the IRS-prescribed engineering-based cost segregation analysis that results in significant income tax shielding for owners of income-producing real estate. Notably, Mr. Miller is a certified public accountant and one of only 50 examination-tested and certified cost segregation professionals in the United States. He joined Duffy+Duffy in 2007 as a project manager and became vice president in 2011.

An established expert in the commercial real estate industry on matters related to the income tax code, cost segregation consulting and income tax planning, Mr. Miller is a frequent speaker on cost segregation for the National Business Institute and CPA Societies in Ohio, Michigan and Pennsylvania. He has also authored articles in leading industry publications, such as CPA Trendlines, Builder's Exchange and Properties Magazine.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Miller worked in public service for 15 years, having served as the chief deputy auditor for the City of Lorain, Ohio, from 1993 to 1999 and the director of public service and public safety from 2000 to 2006. He also served as a tax commissioner agent for the State of Ohio from 1992 to 1993. Lending his expertise to academia as well, Mr. Miller was an adjunct faculty of accounting and finance within the accounting and business law department of Cleveland State University and at Lorain County Community College between 1996 and 2014.

As a testament to his success, Mr. Miller has been honored on many occasions. Inducted into the Real Estate Hall of Fame by Real Estate Journals and Midwest Real Estate News in 2022, he was also named Member of the Year by the Northern Ohio chapter of NAIOP in 2017. EDUCATION HIGHLIGHTS
Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in finance from Cleveland State University. Subsequently, he became a certified cost segregation professional through the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals, a certified government financial manager through the Association of Government Accountants, and a certified public accountant through the Accountancy Board of Ohio. Furthermore, Mr. Miller is a Chartered Global Management Accountant.

MEMBERSHIP HIGHLIGHTS
Impressively, Mr. Miller has been active with the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association, where he served two appointed terms as chair of its national tax and finance subcommittee and a member of the board of directors of NAIOP State of Ohio. Likewise, he is an associate member of the American Institute of Architects and serves on the regional leadership advisory team of the Ohio chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council.
