From 2015 to 2018, Mr. Menendez was Senior Manager of Content Marketing at Ralph Lauren, where he led digital content strategy and execution initiatives that strengthened customer engagement and enhanced the company's online brand presence.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Menendez held multiple leadership positions within the e-commerce sector. At Amazon, he served as Site Merchandiser from 2011 to 2013, overseeing merchandising strategies designed to improve product visibility and sales performance. He later became CRM Manager at Shopbop, where he developed customer retention strategies and established performance benchmarks for website and email marketing campaigns.

Additional experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Internet Execution at JCPenney from 2010 to 2011, leading e-commerce and digital merchandising initiatives, and as Senior E-commerce Merchandise Manager at HSN from 2004 to 2010, where he contributed to significant online sales growth through strategic merchandising leadership.

Mr. Menendez earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from University of South Florida. He credits much of his professional success to his strong communication skills, collaborative leadership style, and ability to foster trust and alignment among teams and stakeholders.

Outside of his professional career, Mr. Menendez remains actively involved in the community as host of an annual adult spelling bee benefiting The Literacy Council of St. Petersburg.
