These accolades reflected his peers' recognition of his dedication and high performance during periods of expansion and transformation within the company. He began his tenure at the firm as a member support representative in 2023, where he gained firsthand experience addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Before joining PrizePicks, Mr. Surat-Jones built his early career at GEICO, starting immediately after graduating from college in 2018. He was subsequently promoted to mobile emergency roadside unit supervisor from 2021 to 2023.

Throughout his career, Mr. Surat-Jones has demonstrated a commitment to professional growth and industry engagement. He is a founding member of the Fire Pit Student Organization at Valdosta State University and served as president of the Valdosta chapter of The Delta Chi Fraternity Inc., developing his leadership abilities during his collegiate years. Additionally, he participated in Enactus at Valdosta State University, contributing to entrepreneurial projects that fostered community impact.

Educationally, Mr. Surat-Jones earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in business administration and management from Valdosta State University in 2018. He has also obtained certifications that have enhanced his professional capabilities, including mental health first aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in 2025 and DiSC certification from Everything DiSC, A Wiley Brand, in 2025.
