There, she was responsible for leading pre-sales efforts and solution consulting for artificial intelligence-driven enterprise solutions, further deepening her expertise in industrial artificial intelligence, asset performance, and supply chain optimization.
From 2017 to 2025, Ms. Lipkowitz built an impressive tenure at Aspen Technology in Houston, holding several progressive roles. She began as a Senior Business Consultant in 2017 before advancing to Principal Business Consultant in 2018 and Senior Principal Solution Consultant in 2019. In 2020, she became Manager of Solution Consulting for Latin America, followed by Senior Manager of Solution Consulting for North America from 2022 to 2025. During her time at Aspen Technology, she also briefly led the European team and was recognized for her leadership in APM (Asset Performance Management) and digital transformation projects across global markets.
Ms. Lipkowitz's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Worley, formerly Jacobs Consultancy, in Houston from 2015 to 2016. There, she worked within the Petroleum, Chemicals, and Energy practice, focusing on lenders' technical advisory for large-scale capital projects to validate operational viability for financial institutions.
From 2014 to 2015, Ms. Lipkowitz was a consultant at KBC Yokogawa in Houston. She spent significant time in coastal Ecuador as a niche refinery consultant, where she implemented best-practice plans for refiners and led business process improvement workstreams. Her responsibilities ranged from management consulting to technical refining process optimization.
Ms. Lipkowitz's foundational years were spent at Honeywell UOP in Des Plaines, Illinois, from 2010 to 2014. She began as a process engineer in FCC (Fluidized Catalytic Cracking) pilot plant operations before advancing to Chief Technical Advisor in Field Operating Services. This role involved extensive international travel and provided her with deep experience in oil and gas and downstream refining while fostering her global mindset and cross-cultural expertise.
The beginning of Ms. Lipkowitz's professional development included a wireline-logging field-engineering internship with Schlumberger in 2009. She also completed a bulk pharmaceutical processing engineering internship with Eli Lilly and Company in 2008. In 2007, she served as a project assistant intern for ConocoPhillips at Rose-Hulman Ventures. From 2005 to 2006, she gained research experience at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville in conjunction with Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
Throughout her career, Ms. Lipkowitz has demonstrated expertise in Asset Performance Management, artificial intelligence-powered connected worker platforms and industrial artificial intelligence execution — achievements that underscore her prominence within these fields. Her professional journey has been marked by extensive international exposure; she has visited 52 countries across 6 continents, cultivating a global perspective that informs her approach to leadership and innovation.
Known for her commitment to the field, Ms. Lipkowitz is an active member of several industry organizations, including the Women's Energy Network since 2023, the American Institute of Chemical Engineers since 2006 and the Society of Women Engineers since 2006. She is also affiliated with the MIT Alumni Club of South Texas.
Ms. Lipkowitz earned a Master of Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management in 2025, a milestone supported by her husband's encouragement and reflective of her commitment to developing principled leaders who improve the world. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with minors in German and Spanish from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana, graduating in 2010 after being named Valedictorian at Heritage High School in Maryville, Tennessee, in 2006.

She is also a supporter of Golden Retriever Rescue of Houston.

Born in Winter Park, Florida, Ms. Lipkowitz enjoys supporting her daughter and caring for the family dog alongside her spouse.
