In this capacity, she provided comprehensive care as a nurse practitioner, addressing complex pain conditions and supporting patients through multidisciplinary approaches. Her earlier tenure at Texas Health Resources spanned 14 years at both Southwest and Clearfork locations, where she focused on orthopedics and various medical-surgical specialties.

Ms. Qualls's career began with military service as a nurse officer in the United States Navy during Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2000 to 2008. She completed two years of active duty at the Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, Virginia, gaining extensive experience in orthopedics, wound care and general patient care before serving six years in the Ready Reserves at Joint Reserve Base in Fort Worth. Entering military service directly after nursing school at age 24, during wartime, presented unique challenges that required her to adapt to leadership roles and quickly manage significant responsibilities.

Throughout her career, Ms. Qualls has demonstrated expertise in networking, consulting, branding and legacy building—areas in which she has achieved notable recognition. She is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Her educational background includes a master of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah, Georgia, earned in 2017; a bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma, completed in 2004; and an associate's degree from the junior college program at New Mexico Military Institute, awarded in 2000. She holds certifications as an adult-gerontology nurse practitioner and as a registered nurse.

Ms. Qualls credits her success to her faith in God and the unwavering support of her husband, children, family and friends who have championed her throughout her journey. Her transition into aesthetics was inspired by her military experience with wound care and further motivated by personal challenges with skin health during the COVID-19 pandemic.
