Following a transformative two years in Paris, France, she founded her own LLC training company in 2002, which operated until 2004. Ms. Geiger's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, which laid the foundation for her understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics.
