Mr. Haugen holds numerous industry certifications that underscore his expertise, including a CompTIA Network of Experts contributor; Area 1 101: Introduction to Cloudflare Area 1; ZT 101: Introduction to Cloudflare Zero Trust; and Cloudflare Accredited Sales Professional Levels I and II. Since graduating in 2014, he has provided pro bono computer repair services to individuals unable to afford commercial assistance, restoring systems and replacing hardware as needed. From 2013 to 2015, while still a high school student, he designed and managed the website for Resilience (formerly the Center for Women in Transition), Advocates for Ending Violence through the Lakeshore Alliance Against Domestic and Sexual Assault; this contribution was met with heartfelt appreciation from the organization.
