PHOENIX, AZ, May 15, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Phillips Law Group announced that attorney Tim LeDuc has secured a $350,000 settlement for a client who suffered serious injuries in a slip and fall incident at a Flagstaff restaurant.

According to the claim, the client was leaving the restaurant with her daughter when they encountered icy conditions near the entrance. The sidewalks had recently been power-washed and had iced over, creating an unsafe and slippery surface. As they walked out, both fell.

Emergency medical services transported the client to Northern Arizona Medical Center in Flagstaff, where doctors evaluated her injuries. Doctors diagnosed her with significant trauma, including a spiral fracture of the right femur and severe knee damage. She underwent surgery to place a rod from her hip to her knee, secured with multiple screws. The client later underwent physical therapy and has continued monitoring for symptoms related to a possible concussion caused by striking her head during the fall.

The client's daughter, who also fell, did not sustain serious injuries.

Tim LeDuc investigated the claim and negotiated the settlement to help the client address medical care, recovery and related losses. His work helped secure a result that reflected the seriousness of the client's injuries and the impact the fall had on her life.
