As the founder of Zaqa in Cambridge, Massachusetts, since 2025, he has overseen all facets of the company's growth and development. His responsibilities include managing product, sales and customer success, conducting discovery work to understand client challenges, and visiting customers around America to gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve. Pierre also collaborates with the engineering team on product features and design, and leads recruiting to assemble the best team to execute on the vision. Under his leadership, Zaqa has raised approximately $1.8 million from multiple venture capital and angel investors.

Between 2019 and 2023, Pierre worked for Strategy& in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), initially joining them as an intern, then promoted rapidly to senior associate, a testament to his exceptional performance in a competitive and high-impact environment. Pierre worked with clients across 8 countries leading tech transformation projects for large industrial groups: from defense to automotive, manufacturing, distribution, telecom and energy.

Pierre is originally from Lebanon, where he studied computer engineering and math at the American University of Beirut (AUB). He graduated with distinction and subsequently completed the CFA program. In 2025, he earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where he took part of Founder Launch cohort and the Rock Fellowship, building towards launching Zaqa after graduation. Pierre also took part of MIT's AI Venture Studio, at the Media Lab, where he took Zaqa to demo day, presenting to 300+ top investors on demo day and winning one of the Platinum trophies, placing him in the top 10 of 120+ participants.

Pierre is actively involved with several professional and civic organizations, including LebNet and LIFE. He also serves as a mentor and guest in several entrepreneurship classes at Harvard Business School.

Pierre attributes his drive to his parents, who instilled in him deep values of hard work, ambition and entrepreneurship since a young age. His mother was Lebanon's first female Constitutional Court judge, and his father founded one of Lebanon's first Venture Capital funds, bolstering the first large wave of Lebanese entrepreneurs. Their example instilled high standards and sense of mission that have guided Pierre through each stage of his professional journey.

Pierre's entry into applied AI for industrial operations was shaped by extensive consulting experience at PwC Strategy&, where he collaborated with large enterprises in the space to solve complex problems. Observing inefficiencies within manufacturing and distribution sectors inspired him to develop solutions that would later become central to Zaqa's mission: transforming outdated industrial processes through technology-driven platforms that enhance efficiency for companies reliant on siloed, legacy systems.

Looking ahead, Pierre aims to create transformative impact within the American industrial supply chain by establishing Zaqa as the platform of choice for the manufacturing and distribution industries.
