From 2022 to 2023, Ms. Morton served as vice president and chief security officer at Raytheon Technologies, where she led global security efforts for a major aerospace and defense company with a significant international footprint. In this capacity, she oversaw strategies to protect people, facilities, operations and assets while advancing the organization's ability to respond to an evolving global risk landscape.

These affiliations reflect her continued commitment to advancing best practices in corporate security, threat management, investigations and resilience.

Throughout her career, Ms. Morton has been recognized for her ability to lead high-performing teams, build security programs that align with business needs, and guide organizations through complex and sensitive challenges. She is especially proud of her work mentoring and sponsoring emerging talent, strengthening cross-functional partnerships, and helping elevate the role of security as a strategic business function.

Her professional contributions have been recognized through several honors, including WashingtonExec's Top 15 CSOs to Watch, selection as a Top 3 finalist in the Americas for the WeQual Awards, and recognition among Hartford's Top 50 Women Leaders. Ms. Morton attributes much of her success to the mentors, sponsors and teams who supported and challenged her throughout her career, as well as to the responsibility she has always felt to serve others, protect people and help organizations become stronger.
