Ms. Coulter's earlier tenure as the vice president and director of business development at The Integer Group in Dallas spanned between 2009 and 2015, following her roles as a consultant and recruiter for the firm's Denver location from 2006 to 2007.

Internationally, Ms. Coulter gained experience as a regional business director and general manager at Ogilvy in Singapore for several years, starting in 2002. While based in Singapore, she played a central role in building out the conflict agency, a milestone achievement. Ms. Coulter first worked at Ogilvy in New York City in 1997 where she worked on global accounts like Unilever and Kodak, graduated from their noted account management training program, was named partner and management supervisor in 2001 and then as a regional business director and general manager between 2002 and 2006 in the Singapore office.

Ms. Coulter's academic foundation is rooted in a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in graphic art from Smith College, earned in 1997. Her education provided her with strong communication skills and creative insight that have been instrumental throughout her career.
